Your time zone can be selected at the bottom of the page after you select your appointment type. If you are unsure of which appointment type to book, please contact me and I will guide you.

After you book your appointment, you will receive a confirmation email containing all the details you may need to prepare for the session. You will also receive a reminder email/text message 24 hours prior to your appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please let me know more than 24 hours in advance in case there is someone else in need. ​​
